Bough it to place it in the FX loop of a tube amp to play while at home an be able to crank up the amp.
It's a cheap alternative to an attenuator but it creates some hum that disappears once you unplug it. I have a digital multi-FX pedal with a master volume option that does the same job but creates no hum.
Overall I'd say it's OK but wouldn't buy it again, I'd rather save and buy a +€250 attenuator if that's the reason you're buying this for.

not impressed
first of all,ti does what it says it does. BUT in the datasheet says that ''we dont recomend the use of other pedals in the fx loop'' i believe it would be fair to say this in the website before you buy it! i use a chain in my fx loop and now i cant use it i i want to use the little black amp. For the cost of the pedal,i believe its overpriced.
