Guitar felt and played great but didnt sound good
Let me start by saying i bought this in 2018
The guitar was very nice in terms of feel and playability, could set action very low with minimum buzz for some fast shred at a cheap price
The maple neck was very solid, the guitar fell down on the neck once and didnt even have a scratch
The bad thing is the guitar didnt have good tone even if you change pickups, however putting active pickups did improve the sound,
I think it was due to the guitar having really cheap quality basswood at the time because all my other guitars has great resonant body, like you could feel the vibration of the strings though the body, but for this guitar it was non existant
Also if you plan on getting this guitar you should also note that if you gonna play stand up with w strap the guitar has neck dive

I bought that model for the optic.. Mocking bird bodys are expensive. The neck is cheap not leveled. The stock pickups are not "great" but for the price thats fine.
I would recommend that guitar to anyone who loves the design and wants to tinker a bit. The foundation is solid.
