Excellent for beginners
Daphne__ 23.01.2022
I bought this Amplifier with a combo of Electric bass, strap and standing equipment for the bass. Without being a professional bass player, I would say this excellent for beginners regarding the quality of sound, volume and the rest of effects. It is quite cheap and works perfectly fine in small places such as your private room or even bigger ones. I used it in a
experimental performance in a quite big space and I wasn't disappointed, neither the audience. I totally recommended this as a starter pack.

*The only negative part is that Aux input stopped working after a while and the headphones output didn't work from the beginning.

B
Great practice amp
BenFlitz 23.07.2018
This bass amp is perfect for home use and recording, easy to use and has all the bassic bass tones you could want. The aux input is a great feature, allowing you to play along to a phone or mp3 player, very handy for learning songs. It is surprisingly loud for 20watts and sounds well, plenty of bass and not at all tinny like some small amps. It is well made with no rattles when playing and is very neat inside. If you are thinking about getting it then just do it! It's honestly great

It's OK

Well, I've got to be honest, this is not the best bass amplifier. There's a noticeable lack of bass and I think that's due to the small speaker size (correct me if I'm wrong). Of course, you don't necessarily need to have a lot of bass depending on what kind of music you're willing to play but bear in mind that this issue limits the number of applications.

On the other hand, I did like the built-in compressor. Man, this thing tightens up the sound. If you're on a budget as I was at the time, certainly give it a try, considering that the compression feature could incline you towards liking this amplifier.

Perfect for practice
Diverge 15.04.2025
It should be pretty apparent from the description that the intention here is an amp that beginners and others can use in the normal home setting.

It's ideal for this as it sounds nice and clear a mid to low volume and has nifty features such as the aux in and headphones out, allowing you to silently practice along to backing tracks or tutorial videos. During the day time it sounds good enough for beginners to practice with out loud.

I wouldn't expect it to be great in a loud setting such as a live session, simply due to the size and power but that's clearly not the intended use for this amp.

Overall, an excellent starter amp for newbies and those on a budget, if you really go somewhere with your bass playing you should consider something more powerful when you're ready to play live.

Perfect sound
Nickolasgr 09.12.2021
After three months of daily use I can say this Amplifier has the perfect sound I wanted to practice in my room. With the tone on 1/3 to not reach it's limits, I can enjoy my practicing! Maybe somebody wants loud sound, personally I think this amplifier is ideal for quiet, isolating room practice!

Best amp for the price
blackrobin 21.01.2024
It is a 20W amp at a great price. Tone is good. It is thin, so you can easily carry and place it anywhere. Built-in compressor is a big plus. I also love details: it has AUX input and headphones output, both in 3.5mm! So, you can use your equipment (mobile phone, ordinary headphones) easily without an adaptor. This is a really important factor for me when looking for a home-use amp.

Great amp!
Delonge 06.05.2025
I love this amp. I bought it for home practicing and for this purpose it is more than perfect. I usually use it on level 2-3 and on the guitar it is not maxed out either. The sound quality is pretty decent with a ton of adjusting possibilities. Even for small gigs it can be a choice especially if the room is not that big. If you are not a professional who needs a certain kind of amp, do not look further, it is a pretty good deal for its price.

OP
A very good amplifier for the price
Olga P 13.10.2020
I bought this amplifier for home practicing for my first bass guitar. It produces very good sound and paired with a good cable I get a very clean and pleasant sound. If you're just starting it is ideal for you, it's the most vfm amplifier at 20w, as all other ones at this price point are 10w or lower. The only con I can think of is its weight (7 kg) which is not that much of a problem since i don't move it around that much.

Loud but clips
L0uise 27.06.2022
Amp is really good and can go really loud. It does clip when it's above a certain volume.

Doesn't work well with the B string on a 5string or detuned bass.

Best to not use the compressor button or things just don't sound very good.
