Harley Benton GS-Travel-E Spruce

I had previously bought the mahogany version of this guitar, loved it.
This model however was totally different.
There were at least 10 frets protruding from each side of the neck. My fingers were always catching the frets when I played.
Also few dud notes whilst playing.
Overall not happy with this guitar. If it was made to standard of other one I bought id have been happy but it wasn't.
Really surprised thomann sold this guitar in the condition I found it..I really love hb guitars and other products but this was a disgrace.
I know the first is cheap..I could've filled down the frets etc but when you buy something new you expect it to be in great condition this one wasn't
