Ik heb een jaar of 10 heleden deze tremolo gebruikt als vervanging voor een Floyd Rose special (de tweede special die ook al vrij snel problemen gaf).

Omdat de Gotoh het al een decennium goed doet heb ik er weer een besteld voor een zelfbouw project. Van de tremolo's die ik ken is dit de goedkoopste locking tremolo van goede kwaliteit. Doet zeler niet onder voor een OFR naar mijn mening.

Het is niet 100% uitwisselbaar. In mijn gitaar (een LTD M330) moest ik wat ruimte maken omdat de bouten aan de achterkant wat verder uitsteken.
