Great guitar, but mine came with scratches
Really happy with this SG. It’s light, comfortable and plays great. The finish looks absolutely gorgeous in person. The setup was very good straight out of the case, and I barely had to adjust anything.
The only disappointment was finding scratches in the finish near the bridge. They’re visible when the light catches them at certain angles and were there when I received the guitar. I can’t say how they happened, but it’s frustrating to find marks like these on a new instrument.
Returning it from Ukraine wasn’t a practical option for me, so I kept it as it was. I’m still really enjoying the guitar, but I would expect a new Gibson to arrive without scratches.
