These are the ones you want

Bassman Ad 05.10.2023

These are the strings for your Bass VI that will sort your intonation issues out. The heavier bottom E will get things back where they should be.

They're decent strings - good but not brilliant. But the price is very reasonable so if you don't want to splash out on La Bellas or something really high end then it's a no brainer. I do wish Fender would make a steel set though, I'm not a fan of nickel wound strings.

Optimal for Squier Bass VI

Erca 10.10.2026

The diameter of the lower string helps giving body to the low E note, which was quite weak with the standard string set the Bass VI came with, and the intonation on that same string is easier to set, a much recommended upgrade!
