How does Fender do something like that?

Dirk Schierenberg, 12.02.2013
I have several guitars and basses, have been playing in bands and on records for over 33 years. My instruments are mainly Fender u Gibson. They begin with me around the 1500Eu. My most expensive is an old G. casino which I bought my father years ago and today according to the list around the 23000US dollars worth. Just one was offered for 25,000 euros on Ec. So I do not want to motivate here now but only clarify that I know how a good guitar sounds. Since I have a 12-year-old son and he is now interested in playing guitar for the first time I have to check whether it is u to learn to buy a Fender CD-60 for around the 115th. Have nothing great for the money expected. Well, what can I say for the money of the total hammer, at the time I play there more than my son on it, the just tastes my much more expensive devices, but not because the Fender CD 60 is so bad but because I always in the Paws. This guitar is unbeatable for the money. My father is 77 years old and is known in OWL among tens of bands and organizers under Fender Willi. Unfortunately, he can not do the last few years as he likes, two strokes, etc., he can no longer grip correctly, he lacks the Kradt in the grasping hand. The other day (we live together again) I heard from our music room the Fender CD60, my son could not have been, too many notes, too much melody for it. Well, what do you think it has probably weighed? Yes right Fender Willi, my heart made air leaps. Now he wants also a CD60, since it is so easy to play and the sound so well ... Well, how does Fender make that for so squeamy money ???

So an Absolute purchase recommendation from me and yes, also from Fender Willi, the man is really fully professional and over 55 years Fender Fan!

Great minimalistic guitar for a small price

Ronas, 18.01.2010
I have been playing electric guitar for about 3 years and wanted to buy a cheap Western for fingerpicking and playing on the road. I just wanted a guitar, no cutaway, no pickup system, just a good playable good-sounding guitar. A friend of mine said that under 300EUR with acoustic guitars only plywood gets ... since I unfortunately there little experience I have made myself times on the Internet smart.

Since I found shared opinions about Western guitars from the low-price segment. Since I had only a limited budget, however, a market guitar wanted to have my choice on the Fender CD-60 without colored paint (I find in acoustic guitars just better). My expectation, however, was almost that I would use the 30 day right of return and send it back.

Thursday ordered, Monday delivered, as from Thomann was the delivery time simply only top. Quickly unpacked and completely blown off by the optics ... the guitar is simply beautiful to look at, both the ceiling of light spruce wood as also the floor of dark mahogony are beautifully carved and are brought out by the glossy clear lacquer beautifully.

The rosette inlay around the sound hole is rather Spartan, which is not a tragic for a guitar of this price class. The mechanics look at first glance high-quality .... on the second also. No cracking, no squeaking, no more aggravation even with aggressive game.

The neck is fendertypisch rather thin, which me personally very much as I come with thick necks rather badly clear.
Furthermore I noticed positively that ex-works already good sounding D'addario EXP strings were raised .... this is anything but self-evident, even on my 400EUR expensive Hagstrom were ex-factory complete scraps.

The sound is more like a crunchy, silvery one. The sound is very good, the sound is good, the neck is good, Octavrein is the guitar also from the factory (can I guess Western guitars do not adjust itself if I am properly informed) And rich in overtones, not so soft and warm. I like this very well because I play a lot with Plectrum and Appreggios picke.

All in all my expectations were surpassed completely and I am completely convinced of the Klampfe. Sure, there are better guitars, but this guitar is for 100EUR a real bargain .... People whom I have played and who play the guitar themselves they have estimated around 300-400EUR. Before the 300EUR Ibanez of my brother she does not need to hide.
