Disappointing
The guitar body itself fits very well.
So, as you now know, it’s not easy to find a bag or case for your LTD EC. You would assume that this pricey case from ESP is perfect. Well, it’s not.
The issues with this case are:
1. No cutout for the pickup switch. It protrudes into the top material. Although soft, it’s not good.
2. The neck rests almost fully at a very small edge, which undoubtedly causes some material stress. Not good. In addition, if you have Floyd Rose, the neck bolts protrude into the top material, which causes even more material stress on to the neck.
Quality otherwise is ok.
For the money, it was disappointing. The issues above might be fixed by modifying it yourself, but that’s hassle and PITA.

Good, but...
The case is good, the guitar is well supported and protected. But I am only giving it 3 stars, because the lock mechanism arrived malfunctioning. I cannot lock the case. I was supposed to replace it, but I was on the move and in the end it was not a priority, but for the price of this case, there shouldn't have been such a problem. I was disappointed by that.
