DW 9500D Hi-Hat Stand

This pedal is amazing, I cannot say enough good things about it.

It is on the pricier side, but for the money you get an awesome product. The pedal is incredibly smooth and easy to play. Stability is top tier, it does not move at all, and I am a heavy hitter.

The clutch has a good locking mechanism that comes in quite.. clutch (for a lack of better word) during live shows, as it prevents it from unscrewing on you mid-show.

If you like 3 legged stands, this one will not let you down.

Okay, so I am a DW fan, but having owned Tama and Pearl Hi-Hat stands, I believe this is the best on the market. I have had the two- and three-leg versions, and their smooth operation, infinite adjustment, and stability are unrivalled. Add to that the great styling and build quality DW is known for, and you have a stand that will last you a lifetime.

I couldn't believe how nice this stand was when I un-boxed it. Set it up for the wife's e-drum kit. Very cool that there are two High Hat racks included. Was able to setup with the short one for the e-drum, and no extra costs if she decides to build out an acoustic kit. The stability is exceptional and facilitates perfect pedal adjustment.
