Clean the carelessness

Ok, I used it on two guitars clearly filthy because of years of carelessness...

I was wondering if it would work and... I totally love the result

I also used other products Dunlop 65 (+ new strings) and my guitars are as new ones

To me it's a great product, I'll recommand it

I had no problem of sticky feeling on the fretboard (I saw that on comments, don't use the condtioner too much and use the cloth to remove the excess oil at the end)

5 stars for cleaning efficiency
4 stars for protection (it's the first day I used it, don't know for a longer period)
5 stars total because it's a good purchase to take care of your instruments anyway

great product, long lasting

I got this set about 4 years ago and still have a decent bit of the oil and only recently ran out of the cleaner. bought another now and am very happy to say that the quality is the same.

my guitars always feel nicer to play after using this when I change strings. it does a good job removing the gunk that builds up (which is a lot since i play upwards of 40 hours a week) and giving a smooth feeling when i play.

For anyone wondering, when I use it I spray the cleaner (01) on a microfiber cloth and scrub the fretboard, reapplying every 5 or so frets, taking my time to get everything and once in a while gently use a pick to get closer to the frets (careful not to put in enough force to pry them) then after I finish the whole fretboard like that I apply the oil (02) and give it 5 minutes to soak in while I polish the body, before using another, clean, microfiber cloth to rub in/remove any remaining oil.

I clean every time I change strings (once they get too gunky to play smoothly, so about once every 2-4 weeks for my main guitar and once every 4-8 for my others) but depending on how often you play and how often you change strings you may only need to do it once ever six months or so.

I have always used this kit on my Epiphone Les Paul Tribute 60's and my Yamaha RG-112. Never had any issues, even when I used it on a really dirty fretboard.
Easy to apply, with excellent cleaning properties.
Can't go wrong with this.

Id recommend to use this product on any guitar you have, even if you just bought the guitar!

It makes older fretboards fresh and clean and the rubber fret polishing cloth makes old dull frets shiny and smooth. It enhances the playing experience on guitars you already have.

When buying a new guitar Id clean and oil the fretboard, and then polish the frets just to make it sparkle and have that ultra smooth fret feeling.

You dont see the small grey rubber cloth for fret polishing in the product photos, but its in the pack!
