Thomann offered to replace the faulty goods but this is absolutely not Thomann's fault, but K&M for using inadequate packaging, therefore I don't think a replacement would be any better since the same packaging method would have been used! It's a pity because the product itself looks solid and well designed. I contacted K&M to see if they are able to replace the product directly with a pair that's free of defects, the answer was "Ask Thomann to replace it", and my reply was "I will buy something else, thanks".
