Erst einmal war ich skeptisch, ob für den Preis ein Produkt kommt, welches nur halbwegs das einhält, was es verspricht.....
Aber von Anfang an. Auspacken aus dem Paket, nichts hat gebröselt oder gerochen. Dann hab ich mir das Material mal angesehen und eigentlich einen billigen Styropor erwartet. Doch ich wurde eines besseren belehrt. Das Material ist zwar federleicht, jedoch recht hart und macht hierzu einen wertigen Eindruck. Klar es ist kein Holz, aber dann dürfte man ja auch was anderes erwarten.
Die Montage habe ich nicht wie beschrieben durchgeführt sondern habe mir für jede Platte kleine Holzplättchen (ca. 5 x 5 cm) zugeschnitten und in die Eckbereiche mit Holzleim aufgeklebt. Nach dem Trocknen habe ich winzige Silikonpunkte auf die Holzplättchen aufgebracht und dann die Platte an die Wand gedrückt. Von unten abgestützt und über Nacht trocknen lassen. Die Unterstützung weg und Platte hält. Diese Methode hat den Vorteil, dass die Platten hinterlüftet sind und sich so kein Schimmel dahinter bilden kann.
Nun zur Wirkung. die Platten bilden ein Quadrat ca. 4 Meter von der Schallquelle entfernt und sie machen was sie sollen. Die Diffusion macht sich deutlich bemerkbar. Von daher... alles richtig gemacht.
Für das Geld und die Wirkung...Ich bin positiv überrascht.
