The Behringer Powerplay P2 works great. I'm a drummer in a death metal band. We run everything through our PA mixer and that signal goes out to Powered speakers for monitors and mains. I run a line off the main output signal with XLR cable to this headphone amplifier and plug in my IEM's (In Ear Monitors / ear buds) and I can hear what is going out front to the mains / Front of House.
Bought the Shure SE215 together with this, perfect buy. Recommend

Kind of robust, battery lasts forever (I use fresh ones for gigs obvsly).
Has the hability to power high impedance headphones.
Just use a stereo jack to get stereo monitoring while recording or rehearsing on the drums far from the interface.
For mono it's perfect, for stereo only with stereo jack. If you want stereo with 2 XLR's buy the P1.
Perfect if you play drums or keys, if you are walking around the stage with a cable attached to you, use XLR so it locks in the socket.
