Very stable for the price
This is not the best thing to carry or fit in the back of the car, but it is very stable and reliable, for a very good price.

Bargain
Bought two of these recently for my mobile recording set up, they are amazing for the money, very heavy and sturdy but they take up a lot of vehicle space as they are still large even when collapsed. Probably better suited as a permanent fixture as a drum overhead or overhead mic stand, these will take a heavy mic no sweat. Recommended but make sure you have an estate car or van to transport.

Nothing better in that price range for OH's
You can't expect more for that price and all you need to know is that this stands doing job ok. if you want prevent more vibrations to your mics, just put some fat soft rubber under each leg. And what is important is that is better than any stand in this money rannge for useing it as a overheads stands (OH) or anything that need long arms. If you think that you need more weight for extreme distance, you can always add some extra self made weights on opposite leg and you will be fine. Got these a few years and still works...no problems at all. I give 4 stars just because there are better standas outthere...but cost way way more. If you need function...this is it...if you want brand that cost more and give you feel of better product, than at least 3 or more times of money. Quality means alot...but if it's works and makes job done...do you really need to spend more?

Useful but not tough
Fine stand and well made, but I wouldn't recommend too much on the road use, or be careful with handling as the materials are not the strongest, but you get what you pay for, good for careful studio use.

modest price and good performance
Pros: Those stands are worth money. If you are running mid to large studio it is almost a must. Once you stop worrying about mic weight and you experience ease of positioning - you can then really focus on getting best sound you can. I use it combination with Gravity gooseneck extension and works like a charm. Cons: the build quality could be better and it is somewhat clumsy, but this does not impair too much on my use. It is proportional to price, so I am OK with it.

Beware of the size!
This stand is absolutely massive and extremely heavy! It is very stable and I have easily hung 3 mics in a Decca Tree array from it with ease. There is lots of adjustment and a movable counterweight on the boom.

It is great but SO heavy !
It is a very high reach microphone boom stand. When I say very high, it can go over 4.5m high. This is ideal for overheads, recording a choir, a brass ensemble and various other applications. It has a down side though : it is VERY heavy too.
Mine fell once and it had the effect of a sledgehammer. It fell on laminate flooring and left a big round mark on it. Its own weight smashed plastic parts in the fall. The weight is one issue and because of this, it makes it awkward to handle too. Allow some room to manoeuvre in any rooms/ studio and also in your car.
Build quality is very good and the weight makes is feel very reliable but ironically, is letting itself down at the same time.
The price is great for what it is, I would recommend it and I might buy more in the future.

Massive stands for serious work
These stands are extremely well built, and can sure carry the weight they're supposed to in any configuration of extension of the boom arm. The images don't do them justice in terms of detail and features IMO.
As stated before, even when "packed" they are extremely large (easily 1.8m) and you could have trouble lugging them around. A compact car will not do, I've had to pull back the seats on my station wagon to get them in, other than that I would absolutely recommend them for any serious studio (or even live) work.

Good microfone stands
If you feel it is important to have maximum flexibility in placing OH microfones, these work really well.
Pros: Did speed up my setup because I didn't have to worry about the stands falling over and really easy to align and they have a long reach. Good design and robust built.
Missing: wheels could be nice, A little smaller version for smaller studios would be useful.
