Great product - when it works

This box is pretty much exactly what I ordered, what comes to sound and features.
Unfortunately, there was a battery problem pretty soon. The amp worked just OK using the power supply, but the battery wouldn't charge anymore. No charging light was lit, no charging happened. So - a battery or charging issue.
I sent it back, and the communication from Thomann was (before they even had a look at the product) that if it's a consumable (?) component, or if the issue is about deep discharge of the battery, they will not repair it under warranty. This was after only months after I got the amp, and I did tell them that whatever it is - it's for sure under warranty. They repeated the statement about "deep discharge" not being under warranty.
At the end, things turned out good. They sent me a new amp and it works fine. However, this mail exchange about possible "deep discharge" not being under warranty left me with a bit of a sour taste. I asked what was wrong with the original amp, but apparently the Nux manufacturer doesn't reveal details - so I didn't get any details, either. ;)
About the product: it's really great! Has exactly the stuff we need for a singer and an acoustic guitar, no more, no less. The sound quality is great, the volume is just sufficient for your small/medium gigs.

High quality acoustic amplifier

I got almost two weeks ago this acoustic amplifier and I have to say it is the worth of money. Good sound and enough features to use. Maybe almost the only missing feature is that there is not possible to define chorus as well it should be. I have also used this amp by using its internally drum function and bluetooth to play backing track/music and it sounds good. My acoustic guitar has a passive pick up (K&K Pure mini pick up) and Nux AC-25 work well with it although I had some doubts.

Well made, good sounding, just missing a couple of features

This amp strikes a nice balance of functionality, sound and portability. The good: size, weight, reasonably good sound, rechargeability, reverb, build=quality, porabiity, tuner, Bluetooth. The not so good: no phantom power on XLR input, no tone controls for XLR input channel or Bluetooth, no anti-feedback or EQ notch control (either via top controls or app).

That’s a buskers choice for acoustic playing, loud enough, sound is round and carries the warmth (it’s such a small box!) . Highlight: mp3 playback is just gorgeous, connecting Bluetooth straight away! Only con: no eq on the mic channel… otherwise am super happy, use it mostly for practice at home, but also busking.
