Hyvä laukku

Mainion muotoinen puolikova laukku. Laukun "päädyssä" on tilaa tomin kiinnikkeelle, ja kiinnikkeen muodosta riippumatta laukku pitää tomin hyvin paikoillaan, koska muilta osin laukku on pyöreä. Vetoketju taas tekee mutkan, joka helpottaa rummun panemista laukkuun ja ottamista pois.

Ei heiteltäväksi, mutta ei kärsi pienistä kolhuista. Pintamateriaali on sen verran kovan oloista, että aika lujaa pitää lyödä esim. veitsellä, että hajoaa. En ole tosin kokeillut.

Eri kokoiset saman sarjan laukut mahtuvat tyhjinä tietysti sisäkkäin, joten ne vievät vain isoimman laukun verran varastotilaa. Jonkinlaiset laukuthan kannattaa ilman muuta hankkia, jos aikoo siirrellä rumpujaan. Yllättävän helposti ne kolahtelevat ja kärsivät kuljetuksessa.

One of the best cases around..

I bought a 3-pieces set of this product almost two years ago and since then I used it to carry my drumset around Europe (circa 100 gigs). It is confortable to carry and easier to load and unload from the van than a classic hard case. I never had any troubles with its construction, which is excellent; materials are really good and the shell is well protected due to the internal soft padding. When you take out or put in your drum from the case, it mantains its shape and does not fold on itself due to its rigidity, making it really easy to take out or load in any kind of shell. I highly reccomend this product to anyone who travels a lot by car to play and does not want a big, bulky, difficult to carry hard case.

Great Quality and Functional Cases

These cases are fantastic, I have used many other cases but these are fantastic. The zip is amazing quality, and zips down the side of the case to get you access to the drum, which makes it easy for one person to add and remove drums from your cases. Once you start using these, it's hard to use other cases.

Solid case that does the job.

The Ahead cases are brilliant. Rugged and durable design. Protects the drums really well from some surprisingly hefty knocks. This case also has a useful zip that goes to the bottom of the case offering extreme ease of use. The case has a slightly different shape to accommodate for the clamp mechanisms on the sides of toms which I haven't seen on any other cases.
