Loving it
I have this old Tosco cymbal and it is fitted for these rivets. The symbal has 8 holes and putting more or less rivets in will change the sustain of the sizzle sound. Personally I love this using them during less loud parts and phrases.

con nothing (maybe not to forget to take them out before taking your symbal from its stand, or you will have to crawl finding them back again)

Makes no sense
Those rivets sound good, but they are open on one end and cannot be locked so when you hit the cymbal slightly harder it basically flies off and disappears. I don't understand how of all companies, Zildjian, the well-known and reliable cymbal brand came up with such a useless product.
