Power for everything..

i really love the looks of these speakers. Very stylish,very well built and well thought. The front griil is very thick and very professional looking. They have some wheight to them,but that is due to the large magnets in the speakers,wich bidaway proofs that these are no joke drivers like alto, or mackie. They are very very loud,and the bass is very present.I cranked it up to max level with no clipping light. They can also get very loud with low signal. The highs are very rafined,clear and also powerfull. One thing that sets these speakers apart from others in the same price range is the fact that they can sound very good in large buildings or outdoors. I have heard altos that sounded muffled or dead in outside environement;well,not these guys.... you will be heard at long distances because they throw sound very far. I dont know why, but here in Romania ,almoust everywhere,they cost 500 euro a piece!!! Thanks Thomann for the good price. All in all, i am pleased with my purchase.

Milan M12 for small setups

I bought M12s as replacement for (the original) SM450s, and I am quite happy. Full sound, clear and with some good load in the lows. I have been asked a couple of times already where I hid the subwoofer :-) when using them at small DJ gigs. Also very good for presentation setups thanks to the EQ. Two small design disadvantages: power in and signal in are not close to each other (- when using combi-cable) and there is no screw to tighten the speaker on the pole. Other than that: great value for money! And great Thomann service as always.

Good protection feature
Frequency control

Very heavy (for the size) wooden cab
Potentially easily damaged coating
Top end is too bright for my liking but obviously adjustable.
