Well you'll realise there are no specs so what it means is that it doesnt do much at low frequencies and does quite good at around 600Hz. I have a problematic room and bought 6 of these I saw no difference whatsoever so when I hired a professional he told me that these are useless. So before you buy a basstrap just check the spectrum analysis of the basstraps. If you cant find any then expect a 0.2 to 0.4 at 80-100Hz
