Excellent quality. Ideal for home studio recording.
I have been using for make some compilation of old retro music.
I use an AKAI GX 747 tape machine and I obtained very good frequency response and good output level. I recommend this tape everyone for domestic use.

Just finished refurbishing my fathers old (late 70's) Sony TC-765 and wanted to get a new tape, rather than the old ones that my father had, most of which were shedding.

I bought one of these and was amazed at the recording quality, even at 3 3/4 ips.
If you need a fresh tape, you won't go far wrong with these. Needless to say, i will be buying more in the near future.

This is an excellent tape for everyday domestic use. I am not a professional user so cannot comment on how it would cope with more challenging use but I have to say that this tape formulation has been around for many years and I personally have had no problems with stretch, dropout, print through, or snapping. The modest biasing makes it o.k for use on most domestic machines without adjustment. The packaging makes the transfer onto a NAB reel a simple and quick task. The service, as always from Thomann, is absolutely brilliant.
