Purchased this cable to connect mp3-player to mixer to play background music before and after gigs. Cable has worked perfectly in this use. In the beginning i was a bit concerned if the cable quality is high enough and would it cause some sound quality issues, but so far we haven't noticed anything. Signal is good and there is are no distortotion etc. For us 3 meter length is the sweets pot as it allows to bring the music player far enough from the mixer but still the cable length doesn't cause any issues.
I can recommend this one for anyone looking for a reasonably priced solution for live settings. Works just fine!

A reliable cable

I bought this cable to connect my smartphone and my computer to my speakers. It looks good in terms of materials and the gold-plated contacts will maybe make it last long. The strip to adjust its length is really useful.

I often use my PA to play music from my iPod when practising or when we are having a party of sorts at our bandshack, and these 3,5mm cables needed always seem to break suddenly and fast. I specially bought this one, being more expansive than the previous cables combined, to prevent this from happening, but no. It was the quickest to date to stop working properly. Furiously unsatified, disappointed, gutted and whatever else adjectives I could come up with. Definately avoiding this brand for now on.
