Joyo BSK-80

I went for the 80watt version as I need bit more power in the type of gigs I do, playing to circa 50 people.
With this unit I can do away with my mixer and go straight into the amp. There's plenty of head room although I have a active pre-amp between my tablet (with my backing tracks) to the aux in, which allows me to adjust input volume
The sound is superb warm quality plus it doesn't sound digital or harsh on the ears even after long periods. I play acoustic guitar and mandolin in Italian style. My mando has never sounded so sweet, likely because of 3 inch tweeter, only the Marshall AD100 is comparable.
I used it for 3 x 1 hour gigs and no sign it needs charging yet.
I've given it 4 stars on handling only because the finish is furniture cabinet and will incur scratches on the road unless your protect it well. The actual handing with grap handles and a quality carry handle makes it a breeze to move around.
I can highly recommend this amp for what it is

First impressions after owning it for less than a day are very favourable.

It feels and looks well built, a lot of thought has gone into the design.

Having the ability to power a pedal is very cool and useful and I've velcroed my favourite Strymon Cloudburst onto the side.

With a Yamaha Silent nylon plugged into the Strymon the sound it clear and articulate with a really nicely controlled bass end.
Overall the sound is organic, musical and very natural.

So it's so far so good and considering the price point it's amazing value for money.

Hab längere Zeit nach einem passenden Akustikgitarrenverstärker mit Akku für kleinere und potentiell mittlere Auftritte und gesucht und hab lang überlegt, wie viele Watt es denn nun wirklich sein sollen. Bin jetzt froh, dass ich doch den mit 80 genommen hab. Preislich war er eher an meiner oberen Preisgrenze angesiedelt aber ich bin mehr als froh über meine Kaufentscheidung. Was die Lautstärke angeht, ist er zwar laut aber ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass man damit bei lauteren Locations trotzdem an die Grenzen des Amps kommen kann. Da wäre jeder schwächere Verstärker wohl weniger geeignet gewesen. Toll ist auch die Bluetooth Funktion, auch die Batterie hält richtig lange, er klingt für meine Amateurbegriffe sehr gut und haucht der Gitarre ein ganz neues Leben ein. Sie klingt damit nicht nur lauter, sondern auch besser und voller. Chorus, Delay und Reverb sind auch sehr toll. Ich finde den Looper und das Pedal ziemlich cool, jedoch finde ich schade, dass man mit angestecktem Pedal die nötigen Parameter nicht mehr am Verstärker selbst umstellen kann. Auch die Anti Feedback Funktion und der Phase Inverter ist toll. Er ist etwas groß und schwer aber das haben Verstärker halt so an sich. Optisch finde ich ihn auch irgendwie edel mit dem Holz. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist etwas wenig ausführlich und könnte besser geschrieben sein, man muss sich aber ohnehin selbst mit seinem Equipment etwas vertraut machen, dabei lernt man es gleich noch besser. Die Bedienung ist großteils eh intuitiv.
Insgesamt ist dieser Verstärker genau das was ich gesucht habe und er erfüllt bis jetzt alle meine Bedürfnisse total, hat sogar noch einige nette Zusatzfeatures. Bin wirklich glücklich damit und kann das Ding bis jetzt nur weiterempfehlen!
