Two-piece is the way to go!

I bought one of Jaspers's "KR" series Keyboard Racks and also bought one of these to attach another aluminum pipe to the side. It works exactly as you would expect: take it apart, slap it on the stand and tighten it up. It's quite solid.

Given the amount of effort required to reposition the reinforcement bars on my stand, which are attached with one-pieced fittings, I wonder why it didn't come with two-pieced fittings for that purpose. For that matter, I wonder why they even offer a one-pieced fitting at all.

bought two of this to add to my jaspers stand and it end up helping me expand my initial jasper stand with another level for synths.
real handy if you dont want to change your stand for another a brand new one.

Should be the default Jaspers T-fitting

If all Jaspers stands T-fittings where like this one it would mean so much less hassle, if you need to add a keyboard holder to your Jaspers stand then this ones are the ones to get!
No need to demount the whole stand anymore in order to add a tier to the stand.
