Great 5-band eq

It's a great bass eq pedal for very little money. It gets the job done, not the best way possible but good enough way for sure. Sliders click into the neutral position, so if you want to reset one band it won't be a problem. The pedal also works as a clean boost if you just decide to use the level knob without touching the sliders.

PROS:
-great value for money bass eq
-build quality is very good
-comes in a nice box with that premium feel you know?

CONS:
-has just five bands. It's enough for me but there are people who probably need more options

I switch between a p bass that's quite hit and a more mellow jazz bass so wanted something just to level out before the tone before hitting my fx loop. The 5 band eq gives good control for a mid scoop. Metal casing us rock solid and fantastic value for the price

Great wee EQ for bass. Way better quality and construction than I had expected. Cheap as chips. For basic EQ to get that bit more control over your tone it is perfect. IMO 5 band is plenty for me as I get overwhelmed by options. I love the simplicity and happy limitation. Plug in and play, baby.

Ich habe eine akustische Bassgitarre schon seit 1981. Diese hat keinen Tonabnehmer, aber ist einen wert. Den habe ich, aber dem fehlen die gewünschten Regler für Lautstärke und Ton. Ich weiß aber auch aus Erfahrung, daß ich nicht alle Geräusche erklingen lassen möchte.

Daher diese Lösung: diesen Equalizer stecke ich zwischen dem akustischen Abnehmer und Verstärker (oder Mischpult). Er braucht 9V. Ich möchte den aber irgendwo in der Kleidung tragen, gespeist von Batterie oder Powerbank.
Ich habe es ausprobiert, wohl sogar drahtlos zum Verstärker.

Großartig! Die Lautstärke stelle ich am Anfang ein. Der Equalizer hat sich bewährt um helle Geräusche zu unterdrücken und um die tiefen Töne so stark zu betonen als die Umstände fragen. (Damals hatte ich die ursprünlichen tape-wound Saiten ausgetauscht für flat-wound, und einen zusätzlichen magnetischen Tonabnehmer im Schall-Loch montiert. Ich bevorzüge meine neue Lösung!)

(Ich habe auch den Harley Benton MiniStomp 5-Band Equalizer, Art. 498315, für die Verwendung mit herkömmlichen Gitarren.)
