a great and charming guitar and being great deserves top rating. the pickups on this guitar are same charming in terms of highs and detail as well as do they provide massive volume to kill it in terms of distortion mode :) I appreciate the gold standard (the paint in gold) because in fact, there still are not many guitars in that particular colour around! the strings are super accurate. well the strings shouldnt be the topic of reviewing a guitar so lets get over to the instrument itself again..
.. with a single cold split function I can choose from a lot of sound varieties which adds to the greatness of the hagstrom swede (still in gold because I enjoy the body design so much). so, after I interacted a bit with my first locking tuners guitar I appreciate them a lot. its like reviewers already claimed: the sustain and playing accuracy is close to ridiculous, which also goes to the tuners along with the extra solid strenghened neck construction. I mean starting to play the guitar is a delight. tuning stability at all dynamics, fade outs of voicings, chords, detail and smoothness of riffs. aggressive mids in bridge pickup mode. and these are the real mids in all their detailed glory not to compare with those mids I get from 300 to 500 euro e guitars. there s lots more of sound characteristics waiting to join your hands and fingers. the price is fine. I mean if I look at those overpriced signature e guitars or limited edition series and on the price of around 969 euros is grant in many ways for the fact that I get a guitar which instantly makes me feel like a serious stage player because I can tell straight away from a few first sessions that this guitar has what I need to make it to unlock next level playing mode!
