Bought them for my son... and kept a pair for me
I have ordered them for my son who is used to play them, but I have kept a pair to test them. I usually play the Dunlop shell classic ones "heavy". We both use them to play electric guitars.
The "powder coating" ensures a pleasant grip even if it kind of wear off quickly. But when it does the surface remains rough enough not to become slippy.
They are as rigid at the shell classics heavy, a bit more thick and a little smaller but frankly I had not noticed that before doing a side by side comparison. While playing they both feel the same to me and sound great.
In terms of durability they do get used after a while as any others, not more not less... but you will have been playing a year before you get to the last one in pack.
Cheery on the cake, the Alligator logo brings you plenty of mojo ;-)

Worthy product
I have extremely sweaty hands and these picks kinda work for me, not much to complain about. Maybe there's some other picks in existance that give better grib but I didn't found them yet. Till then, Gators do the job.

Awesome picks
Brief backstory, I've tried (and own) some pretty expensive picks like Red Bear, Purple Plectrums, V-Picks, Gravity etc. Which are all great, but I've gone full circle and realised good old Dunlop is no slouch, and obviously much cheaper and more accessible.
Shortly summarised, these picks just feel and sound right to me. I also ordered a set of Ultex and Max Grip of the same gauge, but the Gators feel thicker and flex less for some reason - the Max Grip in particular is quite flexible for a 1.14mm pick. The Gators and Flow (both 1.14mm) share the #1 spot for me, where the former excel for rhythm and the latter for lead. Not that you can't use either for both, of course.
Even though the white powdery substance wears off with time it still has a better grip than something like a standard Tortex, due to the rougher surface. But I haven't used it in a hot and sweaty gigging environment yet.

My go-to pick
Perfect size and the texture gives you a good grip. The tips on mine tend to round up pretty quick but that might just be due to my agressive playing :D

Ok
I like the Tortex picks and these are essentially the same but with a rugged surface for extra grip. The rugged surface actually works great the only downside is that it looses its ruggedness very fast and after that it's just like a regular Tortex. If the surface would stay rugged longer I would give these a better score.

great picks that wear out fast
Great picks, perfect feel, amazing grip, perfectly balanced friction on the edges ... the only downside is their durability. By playing 2-3 hours every day a pick of these will last less than a month. But it's totally worth buying a small stock of them.

Great Picks
Standard picks with great grip, very reliable. They do get used very quickly if you have a heavy hand like me, but besides that, great stuff.
