The best choice for image quality

This is the best option for the money, you cannot receive anything like this with any other camera brand. The image quality on this camera is insane, if you put it side by side with an Aria Alexa LF, you will see that the overall image is not much different. The characteristics of this sensor are that it is a bit soft, but in a pleasant way, and you still have a very nice texture. I don't recommend this camera for people that rely on autofocus and auto camera settings,This does not mean that you cannot use this camera for events, you can, and you will have stunning results, but first you have to accommodate with the camera. it's more for professional use. It is really intuitive, and it has plenty of features like false color, peaking, grids, safe margins, and a lot more.

Great entry into Cinema cameras

The camera is a amazing, I can't fault it in many ways.
First the good, the image quality and superb and the versatility of the tilt screen in all lighting conditions is spectacular. The ef mount give great flexibility with all my canon lenses. The built in ND filters are great and seem to give little to no cast from what I can see. The Raw capability of the camera is second to non at this price point, and was is a super nice feature when coming from photography with Raw images. The inclusion of DaVinci Resolve Studio with the camera again is another great inclusion as you don't need to purchases an editing software to get started.

The no so great, the camera feels a bit plasticky and the rubber grip has picked up dirt quite quickly. My screen has the slight blue cast but BM is said to fix this in an update soon.

I would throughly recommend this camera to beginner and intermediate video makes/ cinematographers, and even as a B camera/ behind the scenes camera for larger crews and productions. Braw support in final cut and premier isn't great unless you pay for external plugins.

Spectacular camera body! Value for money simply unattainable by any other company. This camera has accompanied me in a wide variety of work situations, moving nimbly from art projects to corporate projects and even documentaries and commercials. The image quality created by this camera is out of this world! The BRAW files generated by this S35 6K sensor are as close to ARRI image quality as one could wish for.

P.S.

Built-in NDs and the ability to record to SSD are a lifesaver in hard and fast shooting situations.
