The air cells are very comfortable and am happy overall. Should have gotten a shorter one in retrospect, I keep this one as short as possible.

The leather bits at the end are very rigid and after taking the strap on and off literally 3 times and using it for 2 weeks I see wear and I wouldn't feel safe using this on my Les Paul after a year or so. The leather part is very thick and is very hard to put on. Compared to my cheaper Levy and Fender straps, much lower quality.

The strap is very comfortable and it really attenuates the weight of the instrument in my back and shoulders. The only negative point is its minimum length, I purchased it to use on a 7 string bass but, due to the instrument's larger neck, I had to play it higher than what I usually do. I ended using this strap on my 5 string bass. If they release another version that could be shortened even further I would be first in line to buy it!

Hoped for the greater relief

It is very high quality product, seems it will last forever. But my wide nylon Planet Waves strap with integrated shoulder padding turned up more comfortable.
I think it's because of the wideness of the strap!

A must for shoulder pain

I needed a strap to help alleviate severe shoulder pain from years of bad posture and heavy guitars.The strap is of good quality and pretty solid in construction.The fact it is wider than a standard strap is a must as helps to distribute the weight over a wider area and the padding is extremely comfortable as it molds to your shoulder very nicely.After four or so years it is in ok shape but some of the air pockets are deflated but it is still doing a better job than a standard nylon strap.I will definitely be retiring it for a new as it is a must if you suffer from shoulder pain or discomfort.
