Saying it was "bad for the environment" was a ridiculous excuse for not accepting the return, as if it would be any worse for the environment to send it within the 30 days or more. I was finally told I could return it, and they may return some portion of what I paid. Ridiculous.Very poor customer service, I will never order from this company again, and as a music teacher ordering from large companies for the last 20 years, I have never had this kind of problem with a company before.
