I love this thing

If you look for a sophisticated sound, give this a try.
It looks beautiful, it is indeed quiet, but not so quiet you couldn't use it for a normal drum kit. I like my ride quiet, especially under the stick on the outside of the cymbal.
It does not have an articulate bell sound (cuz that's quiet too, duh), which i solve with a separate 'bell' mini cymbal on an extender.
This together is almost as functional as the 22" Paiste ride on my main kit, at less than one third of the price.
Very happy..

Does it's job well.

I bought this to add to my quite drum set up, along with mesh heads. I bought my other cymbals from another brand and needed something different.

This ride does almost everything I need for in a practice kit. It's nice and quiet and gives a better responce than padded cymbals. I just wish the bell was little more pronounced. Overall though I'm quite happy.

Je suis batteur débutant (3ème année), et je voulais travailler sur une batterie acoustique. Il me fallait un système de sourdines qui me permette de garder des sensations de jeu. Cette ride remplit parfaitement son rôle. Bien sûr, on ne retrouve pas le vrai son d'une cymbale, mais le son n'est pas désagréable. La cloche aurait gagné à être plus grande.
Je n'ai pas beaucoup de points de comparaison, peut-être que cette cymbale ne conviendrait pas à des batteurs plus expérimentés, habitués à des rides de très bonne qualité, mais ça me convient tout à fait, et le prix est très abordable. Tout à fait satisfait donc!
