Fantastic sound!

I wanted a hihat that would work in all situations, and the 15" Foundry Reserve really does that trick.
Soft feel, very controlable. Very good balance between a beefy and also very delicate and crispy sound. It sounds full.
If you want a hihat that cuts trough on stage in heavy metal, with lots of volume, then this is perhaps not the ideal hi-hat. In all other settings and genres from rock/pop to jazz it's like a dream that always sits beautiful in the mix. I have received lots of remarks from other musicians regarding how beautiful the sound of this hihat really is.
Highly recommended! It is the best hi-hat I have ever owned, and when ever I try something else, I always fall back to this hi-hat.

ik zocht een hihat die bij mijn drogere bekkens past zonder weg te vallen. Deze hats hebben een eigen geluid zoals ik die niet anders heb gehoord. Het geluid is droog maar heeft een warmte in het hoog die er voor zorgt dat het prachtig blend. Zeker op een live podium werken ze heel goed. Ze blenden en zijn mooi en makkelijk te mixen voor de engineer.

Voor de amateur muzikant mogelijk wat aan de dure kant aangezien het een soort hihat is wat niet voor elk genre bruikbaar is. Voor de muzikant die een specifieke sound zoekt die goed blend en een perfecte balans tussen droogte , warmte en helderheid is dit een prachtset.

positief:
- mooi eigen geluid
- blend mooi met droge bekkens
- makkelijk te mixen
- zien er prachtig uit
- goeie service en verzending

negatief:
- aan de prijzige kant (wel waard)
- worden snel vies
- blijft een risico omdat het handgehamerd is,(elk bekken klinkt anders)
- erg specifieke sound die niet overal geschikt voor is.
