Muito versátil e bem construído, este produto transmite a confiança necessária para segurar qualquer equipamento de fotografia a estruturas existentes (tubos, chapas, madeira). Flashes, fundos, cameras, etc. Imprescindível num estúdio de fotografia.

A good clamp

I have to say i am not a professional and i bought it in case i have to stabilize my camera and i have no space for a tripod.
It's not something i use everyday, but i did use it, it worked fine.
It's hard and heavy, with a really strong grip. Really strong actually. You have to be careful to not ruin the support. Maybe the only cons are the length of the handle that makes it difficult sometimes to rotate it and the fact that they are made of plastic (it's a high quality and hard plastic though)

Great way to get these clamps

These are extremely versatile, high quality clamps that can be used to fit all sorts of equipment to standard hardware in photography, live events and other productions. Buying this package not only gets 2 for a good price but includes the adapter to link them at 1 of 8 angles, great for attaching equipment in all sorts of combinations. I use a pair to attach a microphone boom to a lighting bar above a drummer, so I can have the drums overheads mics in the best position without having more cables and stands on an already crowded stage, and leaving less to trip over and less risk of knocking out of position. With a pair of these you can attach any equipment to almost any mounting, it's ideal
I just wish the handles could ratchet, so you can have them at a different angle to tighten the clamps. It can also be tricky to access some of the controls when clamped but this is minor and there are ways around it

Clamps to anything

These clamps are so useful! They really will clamp to just about anything. They're nice and secure on a 50mm lighting bar but will also happily clamp to a table top. When you combine a pair of them with a magic arm you end up with a really flexible, useful mounting system that will allow you to position whatever it is that you're using securely and in whatever position you need it in. The plastic insert that they're provided with to allow clamping to flat surfaces is easily lost and there's no way of retaining it on the clamp when not in use, but I've found that mine clamp to flat surfaces well without it anyway.
