I have bought the cheaper stands and for the little extra you pay for these K&M stands they are worth every "penny".
Pros: Well built, Sturdy, Good looking, light weight, don`t mark your guitar, no need to buy another one.
Cons: Didn't care too much for the picks......Not my type
Overall: I love these stands and I can highly recommend them.

Great value for money
This is a great stand for the money and probably the best I've had for an acoustic.
The arms and body are protected with a rubber-like material which helps to grip the body of the guitar and it holds my rather large jumbo acoustic very securely with no risk of it falling from the stand.
The length of the arms are generous, allowing the acoustic to fit in the stand even when it is within a padded gig bag.
General construction seems very rugged and lightweight. Ideal for taking to practices/gigs.
The stand has two small pockets to store two of plectrums. They even supply a couple of picks with the stand!

guitar stand
A very good option for acoustic guitars. I was also checking the cork one, but to be honest this is also really good. I have a cork one for my electric one and it is more fancy but i wouldn't say that it makes a big difference.

Only used it for a couple of days but the foldable design seems solid, the materials seem to be of good quality and the grip is good for holding the guitar in place.
Probably as good as it gets in this price range.

Easy, stable and flexible
Easy: Unpack, flip open, place on floor, insert instrument...done
Stable: Rubber coated so no slipping, stays in place and the instrument stand firm.
Flexible: Just adjust to narrow bars down in 3 steps to fit ukulele size...
And yeah... it's blue and the slots with the two picks was a fun detail :-)
