Slight design flaw

This is a great board, solidly constructed and the power supply is quiet and works well. I have to be a little careful removing the kettle lead from mine as the socket is very snug and feels like the plastic fascia wants to pull free of the housing, so a gentle wiggle is required to remove it.

All good except for the feet at the front of the board. These are of a fixed height and mean that you can't get the board in the case if you have pedals at the top of the board.

I have had to order some Harley Benton SpaceShip Screwable Feet (377626) so I can reduce the board height prior to putting it in the case.

The case itself is sort of floppy and lacking the padding you would expect to keep your pedals safe, it's basically a bag. Seems rugged enough though.

In general, I am happy with the board, but I think the inclusion of fixed plastic feet instead of adjustable ones is poorly thought through

When I picked up my Thomann parcel at the DHL store, I thought somebody must have made a mistake: the carton was huge for one pedal board and one pedal. But no mistake, this is a big pedal board.
Setting up the pedal board was really simple and very quick. So simple in fact, that I'll never go back to a board that doesn't have an integrated power supply. It's got all the connections 9V-250mA, 9V-500mA, 9/12/18V-500mA one 9V 3000mA and a 24V-Link (I guess that's to link another pedalboard to this monster board) on the backside there's also a USB connection.
I don't get why not a lot more companies are doing this integrated board thing. Well as Thomann keeps making them....who cares?! I'm very happy with mine (bordering on ecstatic).

Zu viel und zu wenig

Das ist ein großes Pedalbord. Die 60 cm Breite reichen für mich so gerade aus, dafür sind die 40 cm Tiefe ein bischen gut gemeint: Für zwei Reihen Effekte zu viel, für drei zu wenig.

Der Clou ist natürlich die integrierte Stromversorgung. Diese funktioniert tadellos und ist eine große Erleichterung gegenüber dem sonstigen Gefummel und dem Platzbedarf für ein Transformatorkästchen.

Für ein so großes Bord sind es dann leider doch zu wenig Anschlüsse, so daß ich seufzend mit Verteilerkabelchen tricksen muß, zum Glück ohne Brummen.

Alles Andere ist so weit ok, auch die etwas einfache Tasche hält. Tip: Wem die Tasche nicht reicht schaue mal bei Mono, da gibt es eine super gute und super teure passende Tragehülle.

Fazit: Eigenartige Zwischengröße, zu wenig Stromanschlüsse, technisch gut, Preis/Leistung gut.
