After reclamation, I was told by Thomann staff that this item was not covered by warranty. I should have seen this been the omission on the product page of the 3 years/30 days stickers. Another reference was made to 'hygienic reasons'.
Being a client for many years and having bought 10.000s of Euros worth, I expected better service.
I can understand that they do not send a new item from Germany to Spain, but at least give me a refund or store credit.
The normally excellent Thomann service received a dent today guys...
