Guitar came in perfect condition and ready to play. Sounds like a genuine les paul and the iced tea colour is a perfect match. Heavy as expected, hardware seems decent although fretboard was a little dry but fixed immediately. Pickups can be driven hard without sounding muddy. Overall a good friend for my kemper

Keine Frage, die Gitarre sieht schön aus, das Finish ist einwandfrei und das Binding perfekt. Klingen tut sie ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, ich bin mit den PUs sehr zufrieden. Der Hals ist gut bespielbar.

Dann sind da aber noch ärgerliche Fehler und der miserable Auslieferungszustand. Im einzelnen:
Einige Frets sind höher als andere. Glücklicherweise entstehen dadurch keine fehlerhaften Töne und Nebengeräusche.
Der Sattel ist an den Rändern ziemlich scharfkantig (warum werden die überhaupt derartig produziert?).
Der Hals musste nachgestellt werden, was aber eher normal ist, da die Gitarre offenbar lange unterwegs war. Allerdings war die Saitenlage lächerlich hoch. Warum überprüft das niemand? Die Folge ist ja nicht nur, dass die Brücke abgesenkt werden muss, sondern danach sind dann natürlich auch noch die PUs herunterzufahren. Das ist Millimeterarbeit (besser: Zehntelmillimeter). Wenn die Augen nicht mehr die besten sind, braucht man dafür viel Geduld.
Die Krönung war aber das Griffbrett. So ein dreckiges Teil habe ich noch nie gesehen. Da war eine schwarze, ölige Schmiere drauf, als hätte man das Board mit dreckigem Maschinenöl eingerieben. Es hat mich eine Stunde und mehrere Tücher gekostet, das Fretboard sauber zu bekommen. Unglaublich.

Jetzt ist die Paula aber bestens eingestellt (und sauber!) und spielt sich ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Instrument. Die beschriebenen Probleme müssen aber wirklich nicht sein.
