Der Shure KSE1200 bleibt für länger . . . .

Was gegen den Shure KSE 1200 spricht kann nur der Preis sein.
1799,00 sind eine Festung!
Aber wer über einen InEar-Elektrostaten nachdenkt sollte Ihn dann auch mal hören.

Ja der Preis war auch mir - sehr hoch.

Aber beim kurzen queerhören bei einem Freund , leider eben auch nicht in guter räumlicher Umgebung, Bahnhof Espressocafe mit viel Hintergrundkrach.
So hörte ich diesen Ausnahmehöhrer das erste mal.

Ich ging dann leider ins Krankenhaus und war mit den Ohren immer noch im Bahnhofscafe . . .

Im Krankenhaus hörte ich wieder mit meinem mobilen Rig ( Fiio X5.3, losslessfiles, und den Shure SE535 oder den Shure SE846 )

Irgenwie fehlte hier was!?
Ich ließ mir die Shure KSE 1200 von Thomann zusenden und . . .

JA da war es wieder,

Ich höre meine Musiksammlung auf eine völlig natürliche Art und das völlig mobil.
Ich glaube ein mehr braucht hier keiner mehr.

p.s. Das was wirklich wichtig ist bei diesem Shure 1200 , die Abdichtung ( Seal) am Ohr. Diese muss unbedingt so schlüssig wie möglich sein. Ich habe so einige ausprobiert. Jetzt besitze ich massgefertigte Ohrstücke die perfekt sitzen.
Also es muss wirklich dicht sein sonst fehlt alles an der Musikinformation.

p.p.s. Auch Zuhause auf der Stationären Kopfhörer Anlage (Beyerdynamic T1,G1 balanced und Audio-GD NFP-28.38- balanced Headamp ) bieten nicht ganz diese Auflösung des Shure KSE1200 aber dafür mehr Druck.

Eine angemessene Schallquelle vorausgesetzt, entwickelt der KSE 1200 einen atemberaubenden, extrem transparenten Klang. Als ginge die Sonne auf. Plötzlich versteht man sogar, was die Sänger so dahernuscheln. Unbedingt die passenden Earbuds (heißen bei Shure "Muffen") aufstecken. Das ist für die Basswiedergabe entscheidend wichtig.
Bei meinem Exemplar sind leider nach 27 Monaten (ca. 1200 Hörstunden ) die Ohreinsätze auseinandergefallen. Der Kleber war wohl versprödet. Thomann hat im Rahmen der Garantie problemlos fabrikneuen Ersatz geliefert!

Game-changing IEM

I've long been an advocate of electrostatic speakers - Quad and Marin Logan have been my companions along the way. More recently I became an owner of Stax earspeakers too. All of these produce music in a less fatiguing way than their counterparts. And the KSE1200 are no exception. Explaining audio and sonic effects in words is always a challenge. These IEMs push sound / music into your ear canals in the truest way. One can almost feel the gossamer texture of the air coming forth from the singer or acoustic guitar in its transient immediacy. They follow the amplifier's signal perfectly and deliver a full-range experience. Even listening to EDM or Massive Attack delivers real power and bass. Switch to piano (the true test of a transducer) and you hear a piano. Outstanding nuance and detail retrieval and conveyance of dynamics. for example, listen to a violin and it shocks one with its dynamic envelope unfolding from a performer like Oistrakh. Beautiful little amplifier too - very well made. These IEMs are addictive and get you closer than any other IEM I've heard. Recommended!

The best sound quality ever heard with an iem

Impressive step forward with electrostatic technology. It provides an astonishing quality of the sound. Music cannot be more real and natural than this, even comparing with more expensive flagship items. I prefer KSE1200 over the KSE1500 because I do not need the built-in DAQ. Not worth in my opinion using a separate good quality DAQ.
I've read other reviews claiming the sound is flat, true,
but flatness is not a common feature of iems, even flagship iems. To be neutral and transparent doesn't mean "boring", not at all in my opinion! Basses are there but you don't hear the "humph"....who said that? I think that if you don't hear basses, the sealing is not perfect. In this respect I have only one suggestion (and a small critics to Shure). Included eartips could be of better quality. I immediately substituted the original ones with silicone SpinFit eartips CP-800. The seal was perfect and the sound quite different. Basses are definitely there, with an unprecedented and unheard quality.
In conclusion, I agree with siruspan: once heard you will never forget the perfection of this sound.
