Pro Components - Compression Driver on Low/Mid Woofer

A bit like the "Fat Frog" from Zero88 when it came out; it was such a great product for the mid market, with so much for your cash, that it left you wanting more of it.... when you were already getting more than you deserved.
The StagePas is good. A well tuned cabinet, well damped using good quality drivers - Proper P.A. style co-axial mounted compression driver on a low/mid driver cone - crossing over very smoothly.
From a Pro-user perspective, it would have been nice to have the PSU internal; with some sort of pro locking (Neutrik Powercon or True-one), power connector. Again - Pro-user perspective - an expanded semi-parametric EQ on one input for trimming out a vocal mic or troublesome source. Again though, I am being very fussy for a product that gives you a good quality balanced tone with bagfuls of power headroom for very little money - just being spoilt!

Vorab, ich kenne mich nicht wirklich gut aus mit solchen Speakern, deshalb ist meine Bewertung im Vergleich in dieser Preisklasse ggf. nicht objektiv.

pro:
+ Ständer (entkoppelt die Box akustisch etwas vom Boden! - kann gerichtet werden)
+ Bedienelemente vorne (sooo praktisch!)
+ EQ für die globale Wiedergabe (wirkt auf alle Eingänge)
+ klarer druckvoller Klang (bei moderater Lautstärke)

con:
- externes Netzteil!
- keine GND-Connection (dadurch zwar auch kein GND-Lift nötig - hatte allerdings Probleme beim Anschluss meines Pedalboards, welches ebenfalls durch die Netzteile keine GND-Verbindung hatte -> Brummen - gelöst durch Erdung des Gesamtsystems (hier ungenutztes Klinkekabel zu geerdetem (aber ausgeschaltetem) Mischpult).
- Bluetooth Volume rein extern gesteuert - Aufpassen dass nicht aus Versehen beim Aktivieren volle Lautstärke anliegt! - zT zB übers Handy nicht so feingranular steuerbar.
- Bluetooth muss jedes Mal wieder per Knopfdrücken aktiviert werden.
- Mix out ist abhängig von der Reglerstellung der Eingänge.

Gewicht, Größe und Formfaktor sind (neben dem offensichtlichen Einfluss auf Klang, Preis, Lautstärke-/Platzbedarf, etc.) wohl Geschmackssache - mir gefällt das Design.
