Yamaha CS-965 Cymbal Boom Stand

Yamaha have a long traditional record of making really great drums... often played by the 'household' names of drumming.

Another thing Yamaha excel in, is hardware.

I have had my RC now since 1997, it's has been around the world several times over and is still in top condition. To support my kit, I have always used the top of the line hardware series from Yamaha - The 900's

As I have added to my set up over the last two decades, each time I grab a new 900 piece of hardware as it is THE ONLY system I know I can trust to never let me down.

The premium cost to this series is well justified, if you are going to be setting up and dismantling your kit on a daily basis then the 900' will do the job and never fail.

Just writing this, I can't quite work out the number of times my stands have been through that process... it must be 1000's. There aren't that many hardware manufacturers that can top that in my experience.

This new generation of cymbal stands (965) has the additional [step free] cymbal stem which not only adds to an already flawless design, but is equally innovative in the on going perfection Yamaha seek to achieve.

So if you're looking for durable, heavy duty, never fail hardware, then this is definitely for you.

Ich habe jetzt 2 Stk. von dieser 965-Sorte und muss echt zugeben, dass dieses Modell echt TOP ist.

Weil :
- perfekte Verarbeitung ( super verchromt )
- sehr schwere Ausführung ( ist deshalb echt stabiler )
- das Handling ist auch super, z.B. der Kopf ist in jeden Winkel einstellbar !
- anti-rutsch Füße für einen perfekten Sitz sogar auf Parkett !

Einzieger Contra-Punkt ist, dass die füße ziehlich platz einnehmen aber ich kann damit locker leben ;)

Utilisé pour ma ride Zildjian K 20", le pied ne bouge pas et est ultra stable.
C'est vraiment du costaud, au détriment du poids et de la place occupée une fois replié, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir !
Si vous bougez souvent avec, il faut y penser.
Inconvénient: si vous voulez le replier complètement, il faut enlever la perche... dommage ! Opération de montage/démontage supplémentaire !
