Ich spiele den Warwick Alien schon seit 10 Jahren bei ca. 100 Auftritten. Das Publikum ist immer wieder fasziniert, was man aus dem "Holzkasten" für einen Basssound rausholen kann. Für einen gelernten Bassisten ist der Alien vielleicht ein wenig kurz, aber für mich, der von der Gitarre kam, ist er perfekt.
Nach 10 Jahren Einsatz hat der Abnehmer nicht mehr rund funktioniert und ein Wirbel hätte ersetzt werden müssen. Bei dem nun wirklich günstigen Preis, hab ich mich aber für den Erwerb eines Neugerätes für die nächsten 10 Jahre entschieden und würde es wieder tun.
