Great Desk

Exactly what I was looking for, a large clean nice looking tabletop desk that could support a roll out keyboard rack. I love that it has no rack space un the desk itself. The wood is itself is nice and natural looking. Overall its just a really attractive, professional looking desk.

It does flex just a little bit if I lean on it with my elbows, but other than that it's super sturdy and great build quality. There's a part in the assembly instructions which requires 2 people, which I of course ignored. You can build it alone but in hind sight 2 having an extra set of hands to help hold and balance it would have made life easier.

I also ordered the optional Sessiondesk Keys Drawer. Adding that to the desk was super easy, and its a functional drawer. It also has a little flex in the middle so I wouldn't but a super heavy keyboard on it.

I'm really happy with this desk and highly recommend it. It's made life writing music much easier for me.

Sehr guter Studiotisch. Das Holz sieht schön aus und macht auch einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Die 3 1/2 Rack Units bei den Aufsätzen sind mir zuerst ein bisschen eigenartig vorgekommen, ergeben in der Praxis aber sehr viel Sinn. (Kabelführung, mehr Platz bei einem oben montiertem Auszug)
Nachdem ich online nur schlechte Kritiken zum Keyboard-Auszug von Sessiondesk fand, habe ich einfach Eine Holzplatte zugeschnitten und mir passende Ladenauszüge gekauft und bin damit zehr zufrieden.

Meine Kritikpunkte:

Die mitgelieferten Schrauben sind wirklich furchtbar. Während der Montage sind 3 sofort ausgeschliffen und lassen sich nicht mehr ganz hineinschrauben.

Die Verpackung: Wird in Sperrholzrahmen verpackt und mit einer winzigen Menge Styropor geschützt. Bei mir war ein Sperrholzrahmen kaputt und 2 Tischteile dadurch leicht zerkratzt. Fällt aber zusammengebaut glücklicherweise nicht auf.

Die beiden äußeren Aufsätze können nur auf einer Seite fix verschraubt werden. Außen gibt es nur einen kleinen Metallstift zur Verbindung, wodurch das ganze nicht 100% stabil wirkt.

Alles in allem bin ich aber zufrieden. Und für den Preis geht das auch in Ordnung. Ist aber sicher nicht perfekt.
