I just switched to Schaller instead of the original machine head because of the smaller and more accurate construction along with the perfect tuning. It takes to drill 2 extra holes to install the tuners but it's easy and fits perfectly. The shipping was extra fast and the communication with Thomann's staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. I'll come back for more gear pretty soon! Zio Chen 66 - ITALY

I purchased eight individual units from Thomann. One of them was smaller and shorter than the other ones and almost scrapes the back of the headstock. Thomann does not respond to my emails requesting refund of the one not-as-described unit OR the shipment of a replacement unit. The other tuners, except for one that stick and turns with uneven resistance, seem to work alright. Very disappointed on this purchase.
