By far the bass I have ever played. If you disagree, give me yours then.

I got to know Sandberg a few years back, when I had the chance to play a custom relic'd California. Instantly sold, but given the price tag of 2500+, this was not an item you buy in a heartbeat.

When I was in the market for a new bass, this California was just what I wanted. Readily available at a decent price, I ordered it with Thomann.

For the last year, this has been my main bass, recorded 2 releases with it, played a number of shows. It is wonderful.

Perfekter Bass

Nach den ersten Jahren an einem Einsteigermodell sollte es nun ein professionelles Instrument sein.
Den California II habe ich (neben einigen anderen namhaften Bässen) zur Hand genommen und war sofort von der angenehmen Haptik, dem leichten Spielgefühl und der perfekten Balance am Körper begeistert.
Der Sound ist äußerst vielseitig, da durch die unterschiedlichen Tonabnehmer und Treble und Bassregler sehr viele Möglichkeiten bestehen.
Das Design hat wie bei allen meinen Instrumenten (Drums, Bass) meine Frau gewählt. Meine anfänglichen Bedenken, dass der Bass durch das viele Schwarz etwas derb bzw. heavy aussehen könnte, haben sich beim Auspacken sofort zerstreut... der Bass sieht einfach nur edel aus!
