La Spagna a portata... di mano!

Finalmente ho deciso: ho acquistato questa utilissima percussione della Latin Percussion, dopo aver provato un po' di prodotti simili (riferendomi ad altri prodotti con stesso prezzo), e sono fermamente convinto che nessun'altra percussione simile presenta lo stesso attacco sonoro e chiarezza (intesa come frequenza): è di fibra ma suona come il legno delle Castanet Machine di legno, costose, da concerto! Questo è il bello! Quindi, mi permetto di suggerire a tutti di puntare a questo articolo LP: sono certo che riscontrerete la differenza. Cosa c'è di meglio che avere un accessorio che per rapporto qualità/prezzo vi darà tante soddisfazioni? Provatelo!

il suono è abbastanza buono, però il movimento è affidato a due elastici: quello di destra tende a lasciare chiuse le nacchere. Avrei preferito una cerniera con molla

Good sound, could be more robust.

I use this for a snap-like sound on the backbeat in live situations. Sounds very good! You can mount it, or then take the mount off and place it on top of your snare like I do.

There is one thing that?s not good. The castanetd have a small ?lip? between the castanet itself and the base, that keeps it in it?s place and stops unwantes rattling. The lip is very thin and breaks easily. My first castanet machine came with already broken lip staight out of the box. I returned it and got a new one that wasn?t broken. But since I?ve been using it and it has been in my gigbag with all the other percussions, the lip has broken again. I can still play it, but if I play it so that I take my hand off right away (like accidentaly touching a hot stove) it rattles a bit which I don?t like. So I have to rest my hand on top of the instrument every time I hit it. It?s not a dealbreaker, but something LP definetely should fix.

All in all, it?s a very useful effect, I will use it in the future too and would recommend it. If they fixed the lip and would be 5/5.

Simply perfect for our drummer

These castanets are a perfect addition to our drummer's set. since we play a fusion of Persian & Flamenco styles, the castanets stress the right sound when needed. When mounted they're very firm, thus the drummer plays them with sticks. Don't know how much road abuse the rubber band can take. That time will show. but they're so convenient and practical that we sure will buy another one immediately when these worn out.
