What A Fantastic Addition

There's so much I can right about this absolute marvel of an instrument. I play a lot in AEADGB for the sort of songs I love to learn for the likes of Ice Nine Kills and Eskimo Callboy (check these out if you haven't heard them) The Punch of the pickups and the speed of the neck is phenomenal. I'm so impressed with literally every part of this guitar. Out of the box was basically already in tune. Its very hard to believe that for this price you get this much guitar and if like most left handed people how hard it is to find a decent version of anything. This is a must. 10/10 looks, 10/10 sound. Hard to put down.

Dont question your decision on this, you wont be disappointed. 10/10 service from the company as well. I'm just about to buy my 2nd Harley Benton from them for my son.

The best!

Greetings!

After a few months playing and getting used to it I have to say that this is the best guitar I have ever touched! I've never seen a guitar with so many overtones and so are my friends! This instrument has a very beautiful tone with very rich and beautiful overtones. Only thing is I didn't like the squeaky EMG pickups so I changed them with Seymour Duncan SH-5, they are much better for this guitar. Also, the guitar MUST BE taken to a professional luthier to be set up first, factory settings are complete rubbish you can't even tune it properly at first.
Overall excellent instrument, with the proper set up and proper pickups this sounds as good as any Japanese Ibanez.

Thank you, HB

Incredible quality for the price
Juuso V. 23.10.2021
After looking at my options and considering it for a long time I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy this guitar as my first 7-string. I was worried about the shorter scale length since most 7-strings are 26.5" but I figured it would be easier to adjust to 7-strings with a more familiar 25.5" scale.

Because of the shorter scale I put a pack of D'Addario NYXL 11-64 strings on it to balance out the low B but even still in A# standard tuning it felt a bit too floppy for my taste, and for the life of me I couldn't get the intonation set up correctly on my own. After struggling with it for a while I took the guitar to a shop to be properly set up and also re-strung with even thicker strings. I ended up going with an 11-54 set and a 70 for the low B, and finally after that the guitar instantly clicked with me. Its incredibly smooth and effortless to play on, the stainless steel jumbo frets feel great (and were perfectly set up on the one I got, that can obviously vary) and the guitar just looks insanely beautiful. The hardtail bridge feels super comfortable to palm mute and chug on.

The only slightly negative thing I can think of is the pickups, I don't really like the sound of the EMG Retro Actives that much, but its just a matter of preference and the pickups can be replaced. Obviously I would've preferred if it came stock with Roswells or something else cheap so the price would go down but oh well. And of course I would like to have a leftie guitar in something else than black every once in a while... :D

All in all, for left-handed guitarists who don't have an insane budget, the Amarok 7 is an easy recommendation.
