These monitors are simply awesome. In terms of accuracy, they're definitely the best ones in their price range. The low-end response is also surprising, considering the 6,5" woofer. I found them much more balanced than Yamaha HS5/HS7s and Adam Audio T7Vs. Highly recommended.

high quality don't have to be expensive

I have few other speakers in my studio Focal CMS, Genelec 8020c and Yamaha HS5, in my opinion this new Focal pair are just mind blowing
The details, dimension and balance are just one of the best among other speaker in the same price range (or even above)
If you're looking for a new pair of studio speaker, these Alpha EVO are definitely recommended!

Couldn't get much better

At its price range I would say one of the best option to have these monitors talking about the built and quality and the clarity of sound you get out of it. Some areas are not its strength like around the mid range but that can be resolved having a good pair of studio headphones next to it as well. I have compared a good few monitor speakers in a retailer shop from upper and lower price range and easily can say this was the closest what I would like to hear regarding the audio image. However I am saddened a bit as they came I had to send one of them back as it was faulty and couldn't make it work but apart from that I am sure the replacement will be as good as I suppose this speakers to be.
