Good sounding amplifier. If you consider it read full description

This small unit sounds great, the sound is rich and round. No harshness in high frequencies and very pleasant, powerful bass. (Yesssss, bass is really good!) Reverb is very nice. A bit of a pity that it has no chorus effect, for such a big price should have!

I use it for acoustic guitar in church choir and it really does the job. Amplification for this purpose is much enough, I drive it usually about 30 - 50% of gain and amplifier is LOUD. For practising 5 - 10% is enough.

Unfortunately in Thomann description there is no information that Acus One-Street5-W doesn't charge the battery... I found this info in papers enclosed to the unit... after purchasing. A little bit of dissapointment.

So if you consider to buy this amplifier you need to take into account not only additional costs for battery, but as well additional costs for a charger - all together (battery and charger) about 150 euro.

Producer recomends Makita batteries. Below I give you their numbers, I couldn't find this information before purchasing, so I think this may be helpful:

3Ah - BL 1830B (or 197 422-4)

CHARGER
DC 18RC

Tip: Instead of buying separate battery and charger look for powertool set. I bought box with Makita driller, 2 batteries (5Ah) and charger for 185 euro. It is ridicoulus to buy driller, but this way is much cheeper :)

Gesang mit Gitarrenbegleitung - TOP

eine ganze andere Nummer (klanglich) wie die Bose S1- die hatte ich vorher. Ich benötige diesen Verstärker um auf Hochzeiten meinen Gesang, sowie meine Gitarre zu verstärken. Mit Kondensatormikrofon (Phantomspeisung), was hier kein Problem ist da inklusive. Klanglich wirklich super- wie geschrieben für LIVEMUSIK, in meinem Fall Gitarre- wirklich sehr angenehmer, warmer, satter Sound und nicht so künstlich und basslastig wie bei der Bose. Noch dazu ist die Akkulösung für mich top- Makita 18V Akkus hab ich eh 4 Stück da :-)

Un bel objet qui fonctionne à merveille

J'ai cette enceinte nomade depuis un mois. Je l'ai acquise pour l'associer à un aerophone Roland, l'AE30 Pro et construire un son personnel avec cet instrument électronique. Ses diverses entrées et son équaliseur 3 bandes permettent de façonner le son à loisir. Il ne s'agit pas à proprement parler d'une enceinte de monitoring, mais le son est excellent, très équilibré. Les basses sont très présentes sans ostentation. La fabrication de l'enceinte est très bien finie et son poids tout à fait acceptable si on doit la transporter souvent. Elle peut fonctionner sur secteur ou sur batterie. Une liaison bluetooth est disponible . Son prix est dans la moyenne de la concurrence. Je recommande vivement cette enceinte à qui veut se façonner son propre son en sortie d'un instrument (guitare ou électronique)
