Clever and very practical

I have a 25-year old Yamaha Stage Custom kit and wanted a cymbal mounted right in front of me, above the toms. I had seen newer Yamaha kits with this mounting solution and was very glad to realise that this spare part was available and compatible to older kits as well.
Instead of having another cymbal stand around an already crammed kit, this is the ideal solution I was looking for.
Needless to comment again on the excellent hardware quality by Yamaha.

Yamaha harware is well known to be robust, adjustable and durable.
This is a great holder, super strong and stable and can host up to 3 cymbal arms or tom holder minimizing the footprint. Works well with many diameters. The right tool to improve your arsenal

Brilliant piece of hardware

Officially it's a double tom holder but it's so much more. This is a true universal threeway multiclamp, very unique, you won't be able to find similar product like this one. It will save you tone of space, it's well built, sturdy and dirt cheap. You can combine it with almost everything as long the tubes are 22mm (cymbal arms, tom holders, percussion holders). Goes well with other brands too, but be careful, not all tubes will fit (so measure first). Highly recommended

Space saving/Strong holder for multiple setups and scenarios

Quick setup and take down.
I actually use it as a triple holder and place it into the top of my bass drum; using two half boom stands and a tom holder, to create a hip-gig style kit.
Very sturdy and reliable, as is with all yamaha drum hardware.
Saved me and the band a lot of space on stage, with no need for full cymbal stand feet getting in the way!
