This is probably the best software maximizing limiter ever done!
It can really boost your tracks with no distortion and with totally controllable saturation!
I used to put it at the end of the mastering chain and get the right loudness out of my tracks, and it works amazing!
Got it for an amazing price only thomann could make, so keep your eyes open ...and fingers crossed!

Auf der Suche nach einem Multiband Limiter/Compressor habe ich den L3-16 gefunden.
Ich habe bereits mit dem L1-Ultramaximizer gearbeitet, der gerade in der MIxphase schnell den gewünschten Pegel auf einen ungemasterten Mixdown zaubert - zur Freude der Musiker ;)

Der L3 ist auf jeden Fall eine Weiterentwicklung, auch weil es sich um ein bundle aus Maximizern bis hin zu Multibandlimiting handelt.

Der L3-16 ist eine Waffe - In den falschen Händen kann er viel Schaden anrichten - mit bedacht eingesetzt kann er aber große Wirkung erzielen. Er gehört zur Gattung RTFM (read the f.... manual), da die Philosophie von Waves verstanden werden muss, um das PlugIn richtig zu einzusetzen.

Er hilft oft und gut, kann das Signal aber auch zu sehr "Waves like" verfärben. Waves bietet eine 14Tage Demo und im Netz sind zahlreiche Soundtests - mich hat er überzeugt.

Har benyttet denne plugin i 10 år og den er stadigt en af de bedste

Hvis man ved hvordan maximizeren benyttes, er den et uundværlig værktøj til masterring/loudness arbejde. Der findes nogle gode videoer på youtube som kan forklare nærmere hvordan man kommer igang (det er ret simpelt, når man kender basis funktionaliteten).
Det er utroligt hvor meget loudness denne plugin kan få ud af et mix, og man skal passe på ikke at lade sig rive med af det, men huske på at der også skal være plads til dynamikken. Maximizeren er beregnet til at sætte på sin master bus, efter man har lavet sit mixdown track. -Altså i en separat session, i f.eks Pro Tools, hvor man hiver sit stereo mix ind og kører det igennem denne plugin, under bounce.
Kan varmt anbefales.
